Return Policy
Your glassware is made to order and all sales are final. Please expect a 2 week lead time. We take great care in creating the highest quality product and each piece is special to us. Should an item arrive damaged, a full refund or exchange may be made if you take the following steps:
Provide a photo of the damaged piece beside the packaging
To qualify for an exchange, Contact Us within 72 hours of receiving the damaged delivery
Returned the damaged item within 14 days
Variations
All items are handmade. Small bubbles and natural variations in color, shape and size are expected and unique to the glassblowing process.
Care
While our cups are dishwasher safe, hand washing of all glassware is always recommended. Gary Bodker Designs Essentials and Decor are not microwave or oven safe.
